What should I do if I received wrong/missing/faulty items?

If the product arrives defective, wrong, or missing we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email (support@shopmiduss.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.
Please note that whatever size, color, and style If the incorrect size, color or size sent out to you, Eredyshopis not responsible for replacing these items.
